Attorneys to Speak at Upcoming Conference

TISDAL & O'HARA attorneys will address the 2014 Western Oklahoma Land, Water, Wind and Mineral Conference on Thursday, August 21 at the SWOSU Pioneer Cellular Event Center in Weatherford. Topics to be covered include surface damages, pipeline easements, oil and gas leases, wind turbines, and estate planning. CPA David Phillips will address royalty check issues.

Other speakers include Congressman Frank D. Lucas, who will provide a congressional update, and State Senator Mike Schulz and State Representative Harold Wright, who will provide a legislative update. Richard Hatcher and Wade Free of the Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation and J.D. Strong of the Oklahoma Water Resources Board will also be featured.

The conference is slated to begin at 9:00 a.m., with registration beginning at 8:30 a.m. The public is invited to attend.
