Firm Attorneys Speak at Conference

TISDAL & O'HARA attorneys addressed the 2014 Western Oklahoma Land, Water, Wind and Mineral Conference on Thursday, August 21 at the SWOSU Pioneer Cellular Event Center in Weatherford. Topics covered include surface damages, pipeline easements, oil and gas leases, wind turbines, and estate planning. CPA David Phillips addressed royalty check issues.

Other speakers included Congressman Frank D. Lucas, who provided a congressional update, and State Senator Mike Schulz and State Representative Harold Wright, who provided a legislative update. Richard Hatcher and Wade Free of the Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation and J.D. Strong of the Oklahoma Water Resources Board were also featured.
