Mart Tisdal Addresses 2015 Kuntz Conference

Mart Tisdal recently addressed the 2015 Eugene Kuntz Conference on Natural Resources Law and Policy. In his presentation, "Point/Counterpoint: Local Government Zoning and the Oil and Gas Industry," he explored the authority of counties and municipalities to zone in conjunction with the new 52 Okla. Stat. § 137.1.

The Kuntz Conference is hosted annually by the University of Oklahoma College of Law. With more than 500 registrants, the Kuntz Conference is one of the largest of its kind. Mart Tisdal is a 2013 recipient of the prestigious Eugene Kuntz Award.
